- Graduated in 1988 in Law by PUCRS/Brazil. Specialized in Industrial Property matters at CEIPI – Strasbourg, France, in 1988/89. He got its master degree (DESS) in 89/90 by Robert Schuman University, France, 1989/90, and his doctor in Law (Phd) in 2012, by the Strasbourg University and Brazilian Federal University –UFRGS. He was professor at the UNISINOS University between 1993 and 2014. He is lawyer and IP agent at his office RGF-IP in Porto Alegre and dedicates a lot of his work to the wine sector, with several clients in this domain. Member of ABPI, ABAPI, ASIPI, INTA, AIPPI, AIPLA, FICPI and AIDV. He speaks Portuguese, English, French, and has good knowledge of Italian, Spanish. He has written many articles and has participated in many speeches. Besides his professional career, he is French Consul at Porto Alegre, Brazil.
