TERMS OF REGISTRATION


PAYMENT

Payment maybe made via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

NOTE: If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer, please ensure that the payment is made within three days of registration. Failure to comply with this timeframe will result in the non-processing and automatic cancellation of the registration. 

For participants seeking an invoice for bank transfer payments, pro-forma invoices can be requested by contacting Enic Meetings & Events. Please be advised that the official, final invoice will be generated only upon successful receipt of the payment. 

Last minute (after xx September 2026) or on-site registrations, payment will be possible by credit card only.

FICPI retains the right to close registration without warning.


DELEGATES

  • The registration fee for Forum Delegates covers admission to the respective working sessions, working lunches and coffee breaks, plus participation in the respective evening social programmes.
  • The Delegate registration fee does not include the optional excursions.
  • Each Delegate seeking admission to the Open Forum must pay their own registration fee(s).
  • Delegates Associates or Professional Assistants, who wish to participate in the working sessions, must register individually and pay his, her or their own registration fee(s).
  • Persons registered as Delegates may not take part in the Delegates’ Guests programme.

DELEGATES’ GUESTS

  • The Delegates' Guest Registration Fee for the Open Forum covers participation in the evening social programme only.
  • The Delegates' Guest Registration Fee does not include participation in any working sessions, working lunches or coffee breaks (which are restricted to registered Delegates).
  • The Delegates' Guest Registration Fee does not include the optional excursions.

TOURS & EXCURSIONS

All 2026 FICPI Open Forum Excursions are Optional and must be booked and paid for at time of registration.

For all optional tours and excursions, a minimum number of participants is required. 

The final itineraries of the tours and excursions may vary slightly for logistical reasons.

INSURANCE

FICPI SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLATION OF YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE OPEN FORUMFOR ANY PERSONAL REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION HEALTH OR COVID-RELATED REASONS, OR THE NON-ISSUANCE OF VISAS. 

NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE REFUND POLICIES SET FORTH HEREIN WILL BE MADE. 

YOU ARE ADVISED TO OBTAIN SUITABLE PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE, INCLUDING COVID COVER, IN CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING THE NON-ISSUANCE OF VISAS.


Private Functions  

We kindly remind you of the Rule 11 of the FICPI CODE OF CONDUCT which states that:  

The organising by members or their businesses of business-related receptions or similar functions during official meetings of the Federation is contrary to the tradition and spirit of the Federation and is not permitted by the Federation.
