Mr. Chen specialises in patent drafting, prosecution, re-examination, invalidation, administrative litigation, with a focus on macromolecule & polymer composite, material processing, mechanics, semiconductor devices & fabrication, electronics, liquid crystal driver circuits, electronic components, electrical instruments and digital processing. He also provides clients with technical advice on patent validity and search and analysis. Mr. Chen is credited for his in-depth and comprehensive understanding of IP related laws and regulations. He is well known for his ability to analyse complicated facts and propose feasible solutions based on his abundant professional knowledge and practical experience.
Luna Zhang, Senior Counsel
Ms. Zhang started her IP practice in 2006 and has assisted IP owners from all over the world in devising and implementing tailored strategies for IP protection in China, with regard to both prosecution and enforcement.
