The hotel offers contemporary guest rooms of different categories, all fully air-conditioned and with complimentary WiFi.
The fitness suite features a range of cardio and weight equipment; guests also have access to the 13-metre indoor pool – reservation for the pool and gym facilities is recommended and can be done when onsite.

Hotel reservation must be made online directly via the hotel’s main website Park Plaza London Riverbank (www.parkplazariverbank.com).
IMPORTANT: Change the RATE TYPE from "lowest available rate" to "Promotional Code" and enter FICP23.
Please ensure you choose the right currency (GBP) at the top of the reservation page in order to get the correct/agreed rate.
All rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that since 30 July 2023 bedroom availability can no longer be guaranteed at FICPI's preferential rate.

Prices are per night and include breakfast, service and VAT.
FICPI’s contracted allotment is made up of superior and executive rooms, all offering a view of the city or the hotel’s inner atrium. The main difference between the two categories is that executive rooms offer more space and upgraded amenities.

At the time of organising this event, the best possible rates were negotiated with the hotel for FICPI Delegates. It is possible that better rates for a limited number of rooms may be available through other channels closer to the event, but with no guarantee that rooms at those prices will be available for the entire duration of the FICPI event.

Hotel Reservation and Payment
Hotel reservation for the FICPI Open Forum must be made online by each guest directly with the hotel www.parkplazariverbank.com.
During the booking process guests will be asked to provide credit card details in order to guarantee their stay. No charge will be made at the time of the reservation; payment will be requested when guests check in.
We strongly recommend that you register and book your accommodation as soon as possible; please note that after 30 July 2023 bedroom availability is not guaranteed.
Cancellation
From 30 August 2023 reservations will be considered FINAL. In case of total or partial cancellation after that date, guests will be charged by the hotel for the whole reserved stay. We therefore strongly recommend finalising your travel arrangements and the dates of your stay before this date in order to avoid cancellation fees.
Any amendment or cancellation of the booking must be communicated to the Individual Reservations team – email: [email protected]. Please get in touch with them also for general queries, if you wish to add extra nights before/after the dates of the FICPI event, or encounter problems with your online booking. The department in charge of the reservations for the FICPI event is the Customer Service Centre (Individual reservations).
Check In/Out
Check-in is from 3 pm; check-out is before 12 pm.
Should the check-out time not be respected, the hotel reserves the right to charge a half night rate. To guarantee early check-in or late check-out, an additional night must be reserved and paid for. Pre- and post-ExCo & Open Forum nights will be offered at the above rates on request, and based upon hotel availability.
